Aman Dillon is the Group General Counsel of M42. In his role, he oversees the legal and governance function across the M42 Group.
Prior to assuming his current position, Aman served as a Senior Director in the Group’s legal unit and prior to that was Senior Legal Counsel at Mubadala Investment Company. During his tenure Aman has successfully overseen the launch and growth of Mubadala Health, the acquisition of United Eastern Medical Group, the merger of Mubadala Health and G42 Healthcare which led to the formation of M42, and the acquisition of Diaverum AB.
Aman has extensive experience in the healthcare, life sciences and technology sectors, and prior to joining the Group Aman practiced corporate law at Allen & Overy LLP, with time spent in the firm’s London and Hong Kong offices, and specialized in private equity, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and equity capital market transactions.
He serves as a member of the M42 Investment Committee, and as Secretary to the M42 Board of Directors.
