Andreas Fagher is the Group Chief Human Capital Officer of M42. In his current role, Andreas leads the Human Capital strategy and initiatives across M42’s diverse portfolio.
He has over 20 years’ experience in senior, global HR leadership roles in multinational companies that include IKEA, ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems and Getinge.
Andreas has a BSc with a major in Psychology and Communications from Lund University.
