Dr. Fahed Al Marzooqi is the Chief Executive Officer of M42’s Integrated Health Solutions platform, where he leads population genomics, multi-omics, biobanking, environmental sciences, advanced diagnostics, and clinical trials. Some of the flagship programs he oversees is the Emirati Genome Program and Abu Dhabi BioBank. Under his leadership, M42 is advancing precision, preventive and predictive healthcare, driving transformational change in national programs and population health.
With over 19 years of experience in managing large-scale healthcare operations, Dr. Fahed has held key leadership roles throughout his career. Before joining M42, he served as Chief Operating Officer at G42 Healthcare and Chief Administrative Officer at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where he played a pivotal role in high-impact strategic programs. His expertise spans complex healthcare projects and business-critical assignments, with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
Dr. Fahed holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Doctor of Medicine from Dalhousie University in Canada. He further specialized in anesthesiology, completing a five-year residency at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.
