Dr. Mohamed Al Saati is Chief Executive Officer of Amana Healthcare Bahrain and Group Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at M42. In his group role, he helps shape M42’s strategic direction and transformation agenda, driving initiatives that strengthen performance, accelerate growth, and support long-term value creation. In Bahrain, he leads Amana Healthcare’s mission to advance long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation, enhance patient outcomes, and contribute to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals for healthcare quality and accessibility.
A UK-educated medical doctor, Dr. Al Saati brings more than a decade of experience across strategy, operations, public health, healthcare investments, and health system design. His expertise spans market entry strategy, performance optimisation for healthcare providers, large-scale public health programme implementation, and national health system transformation. At Amana Healthcare Bahrain, he is committed to delivering patient-centred care, developing local clinical talent, and introducing innovative solutions that address the Kingdom’s evolving needs.
Prior to joining Amana Healthcare Bahrain, Dr. Al Saati led international operations and special projects at Mubadala Health, expanding the organisation’s operational footprint. Before that, he was a strategy and management consultant at McKinsey & Company, delivering projects across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
Dr. Al Saati holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from St George’s, University of London, and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cambridge.
