Nataliya Das is Chief M&A and Business Development Officer at M42, where she leads the group’s global inorganic growth agenda, including M&A activity, business development, and market access for new services and value propositions.
Nataliya joined Diaverum in 2008, establishing the corporate M&A function, tools, and processes to support the company’s rapid growth. Over the years, she has led M&A activity across both existing and new geographic markets, driving investments that have strengthened scale, capability, and long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Diaverum, Nataliya worked in London with financial services firms KPMG and Credit Suisse. She holds an MBA from London Business School.
