James Edward Sibley is the Group Chief Financial Officer of M42. In his role, James oversees the business and financial aspects of the M42 Group including supporting the financial objectives of the group’s operational performance and future growth.
Prior to his role at M42, James was the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer of Mubadala Health. He was responsible for the network’s strategic planning, partnerships, and business development initiatives. During his tenure, James played a pivotal role in shaping Mubadala Health’s growth and expansion strategies, ensuring its position as a leader in the healthcare industry.
James has a longstanding history with Mubadala, having been appointed as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions from 2010 to 2015. He was appointed Head of Healthcare Investments in 2017, before assuming his role at Mubadala Health in 2021.
He serves as a Board member for several M42 companies, including Amana Healthcare, Abu Dhabi Telemedicine Center, United Eastern Medical Services and serves as an Audit Committee member for Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.
