Suaad Al Hammadi is the Group Chief Human Capital Officer of M42.
In her current role, Suaad is responsible for leading the Human Capital strategy and initiatives across M42’s diverse portfolio.
Prior to her role at M42, Suaad was the Chief Human Capital Officer at Mubadala Health, where she led the Human Capital function and played a critical role in shaping the organization's people strategy and fostering a high-performance culture.
Suaad began her journey at Mubadala as a CFA trainee, and since then, she has worked in various roles that have helped her gain a vast knowledge of the company's operations. She has worked on various critical initiatives, including mergers, harmonization of compensation and benefits and workforce planning.
Notably, Suaad played an integral role in the successful merger of Emal and Dubal from a human capital perspective. Her expertise in rewards harmonization, policy development, and employee mapping were crucial in ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of both organizations' human capital structures.
Moreover, Suaad played an essential role in the merger of Mubadala Development Company and International Petroleum Investment Company. Her primary focus was on developing policies for rewards harmonization, employee mapping, and ensuring a cohesive and effective organizational structure. Her contributions played a pivotal role in ensuring a successful merger that resulted in a well-integrated organization.
Suaad is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison in the United States in 2008, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences. She was also awarded the UAE President's Distinguished Students Scholarship from 2003 to 2008, recognizing her exceptional academic achievements.
